    Job Description:

    + Integrates current published research and literature into all learning activities and maintains knowledge of national and local trends in nursing practice.

    + Monitors and reports compliance with required education and ensures adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.

    + Participates in quality and performance improvement activities to improve patient outcomes using literature, research, and evidence-based practice.

    + Shares unit performance improvement data with staff and is knowledgeable of unit results and action plans.

    + Provides input for personnel performance evaluations and recognizes staff needs for additional skills, recommending pertinent education.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $33.60 - $56.52
