    Job Description:

    + Location: 601 E. Rollins Street, Orlando, FL 32803

    + Full Time Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm

    + Advocates for patients by obtaining and negotiating resources to meet their needs.

    + Interviews patients and families to complete thorough and timely psycho-social assessments.

    + Evaluates current support systems available to patients and families. Completes assessments based on information from multiple sources, including patients, families, nursing staff, and physicians.

    + Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to address barriers impacting or delaying treatment plans.

    + Provides patient and family education, adjustment-to-illness counseling, grief counseling, and crisis intervention.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Master's (Required)Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern License (RCSWI) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $49,307.53 - $100,875.88
