    Job Description:

    + Provides leadership to facilitate the development of the hospital’s mission, vision, and values within the department.

    + Manages day-to-day operations, including staffing and patient flow, under the direction of the Director.

    + Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, payroll functions, documentation and performance evaluations.

    + Assists at the bedside as needed while maintaining clinical competencies.

    + Promotes a positive patient experience using best practices as outlined by the Chief Nursing Officer. Plans, designs, directs, integrates, and coordinates nursing care for specific age groups according to service standards.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's of Nursing (Required), Master's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $77,758.69 - $144,624.32
