    Job Description:

    + **Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours/week:** **8:00p-6:30a Monday-Thursday** **​**

    + Projects a positive and helpful demeanor while working with patients, visitors, physicians, and staff.

    + Maintains a courteous and professional manner when answering calls.

    + Demonstrates skill and proficiency when executing overhead announcements Updates and maintains all on call lists for staff when notified of changes.

    + Forwards calls promptly to proper departments, patient rooms, or staff as necessary.

    + Demonstrates communication skills appropriate for interactions with adolescent, adult, and geriatric callers, using service standards and service recovery techniques.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required)

    Pay Range:

    $16.90 - $25.35
