Job Description:

+ Manages personnel by staffing and scheduling technicians to ensure optimal service delivery.

+ Oversees site operations and provides direction to others using knowledge and experience of technology and equipment.

+ Coaches and mentors technicians by providing feedback on performance and documentation practices.

+ Develops service strategies with a focus on continuous process improvement.

+ Manages Service Operations functions, including service contracts, resources, demand labor, demand parts, and inventory of shop supplies.

Pay Range:

$72,786.83 - $135,385.27
