Job Description:

+ Maintains compliance with state and federal laws by ensuring appropriate forms, information notices, and materials.

+ Coordinates and schedules monitoring and auditing activities for hospitals and physician group entities.

+ Presents Compliance Program educational sessions to leadership and staff.

+ Performs compliance and privacy investigations, including user access monitor reviews, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Compliance Hotline investigations.

+ Prepares and administers Compliance Steering Committee meetings, including chairing meetings in the absence of the RCO.

Bachelor's (Required)Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) - Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$72,786.83 - $135,385.27
