Job Description:

+ Performs landscaping of grounds.

+ Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic of the premises.

+ Removes debris and addresses hazardous conditions to ensure a safe environment.

+ Assists contractors and vendors with on-site events or maintenance activities.

+ Cares for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, and trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.
