    Job Description:

    + Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care.

    + Develops and communicates a plan of care for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others.

    + Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.

    + Evaluates identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure overall quality of care.

    + Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Hip and Knee Replacement (HKR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $32.76 - $57.47
