    Job Description:

    + Supervises the physician affiliate office/department to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations and high-quality patient care.

    + Reviews financial reports, billing practices, and scheduling to ensure appropriate physician and office reimbursement.

    + Assists in the preparation of the annual budget and monitors expense reports and petty cash reconciliation.

    + Processes invoices for payment in accordance with hospital policy. Tracks and prepares data reflecting turnaround time and test results.

    + Trains, develops, and assigns tasks to office staff, providing input for periodic and annual evaluations.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's (Required), High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) - Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $39,975.50 - $74,354.40
