    Job Description:

    Shift:** **Tuesday,Thursday,Friday Saturday. 8 am -6:30 pm

     

    Implements treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist; and through consideration of practice standards, recommended techniques, insurance guidelines, and patient needs.

     

    Uses appropriate therapy procedures, documents data, and follows individualized care plans set by the occupational therapist.

     

    Provides patient and family education, including home exercise programs for treatment carryover into the discharge setting.

     

    Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures, and other extensions of clinical expertise to the community.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $21.56 - $40.09
