    Job Description:

    + Supervises the surgery department in the director's absence.

    + Communicates effectively with all OR team members and hospital personnel to ensure efficiency and safety.

    + Provides safe care in the Operating Room through continuous patient assessment and accurate documentation.

    + Utilizes management skills and positive leadership to promote efficient use of staff, OR facility, and provide quality patient care.

    + Schedules cases and personnel to meet patient and surgeon needs cost-effectively.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $34.42 - $64.01
