    Job Description:

    + Operate, clean, and sanitize industrial dish machines, three-compartment sinks, and other heavy-duty equipment in compliance with FDA Food Code and HACCP standards.

    + Use industrial-strength chemicals, cleaning supplies, and equipment safely and effectively, following all instructions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of proper handling procedures.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization across all assigned areas—including production zones, dish rooms, storage areas, and loading docks—ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.

    + Unload, inspect, and store food production stock orders; manage trash and recycling removal efficiently, ensuring proper sorting and secure handling.

    + Communicate equipment or process issues promptly to supervisors, support team productivity, and contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or EquivFood Handler Certificate (FHC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $15.31 - $24.49
