    Job Description:

    + Manages daily operations and maintains department budgets. Manages the recruitment, retention, training, and competence of staff and analysts.

    + Ensures the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, and level-of-detail of staff work product. Builds and maintains relationships across multiple disciplines to achieve common goals.

    + Evaluates new equipment and procedures. Oversees campus operational budgets, equipment acquisition, and metric reviews.

    + Executes clinical excellence for campus. Enforces regulatory compliance at the campus level. Directs and mentors staff, is responsible for hospital staffing models. Ensures metrics are communicated and met.

    + Provides expertise in hospital operations. Performs other duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate (Required), Bachelor's, Master'sAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $79,402.93 - $147,697.47
