    Job Description:

    + Assesses clinical workflow processes, identifies gaps, defines necessary process changes, and develops future workflows for new solutions or functionality.

    + Collaborates with departments, hospital leadership, end users, vendors, and associates to ensure effective and efficient operational system functions and workflow.

    + Provides education on new applications or functionality, including train-the-trainer, Service Line Expert, upgrade, and other training as necessary.

    + Shares application tips with clinicians to improve workflow efficiency and guide best practices.

    + Assists customers with customization of the application for unique department scenarios using application tools within the electronic health record foundation.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's of Nursing, Master's of NursingCertified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CAHIMS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Informatics Nursing - Board Certified (NI-BC) - Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $66,888.32 - $117,054.60
