    Job Description:

    + Follows safety policies, including the use of PPE, handwashing, and hazardous chemical handling, and demonstrates understanding of the Chemical Hygiene plan and Infection Control policies.

    + Transports hazardous waste from the point of generation to a designated secure storage area, completing initial and refresher training for proper handling and disposal.

    + May act as a preceptor in new employee or student training and orientation.

    + Answers the telephone and performs clerical and receptionist duties to support department operations. Other duties as assigned.

    + Maintains workspaces in a neat, organized, and properly supplied manner, storing and safeguarding documentation and paperwork.

    AssociateClinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Medical Laboratory Technician (MLTAAB) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Medical Laboratory Technician (MLTAMT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Medical Laboratory Technician (MLTASCP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $23.78 - $44.22
