    Job Description:

    + Other duties as assigned.

    + Allocates decision-making authority and task responsibility to appropriate leadership levels to maximize organizational and individual effectiveness.

    + Provides feedback, instructions, and developmental guidance to help staff excel.

    + Serves as a change agent, utilizing change theory to plan and implement organizational changes, support staff during transitions, and adapt leadership style to situational needs.

    + Oversees campus operations related to staffing, labor standards, and daily activities. Manages float pool operations and staffing to ensure adequate coverage.

    Bachelor's of Nursing (Required), Master'sBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $85,529.67 - $159,089.69
