Job Description:

+ Notifies appropriate departments for any work orders and Environmental Services for any needed services.

+ Presents and sells products and services to current and potential members.

+ Builds and maintains relationships with existing members to reduce attrition levels.

+ Greets customers and patients, answers telephone with good phone etiquette, and transfers calls to appropriate party.

+ Assists members with billing changes, bridges, freezes, or other changes in membership status.
