    Job Description:

    + Responds promptly to all donor referrals and performs initial suitability screening.

    + Rounds on all referrals and manages relationships with ICU physicians and nurses.

    + Assists the Organ Procurement Coordinator and team leader with referral-related activities.

    + Coordinates donation huddles to communicate donation action plans. Evaluates patients for organ and tissue donation suitability.

    + Communicates donation plans to hospital and OPO staff.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Licensed Paramedic (PARA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, State Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $19.22 - $35.75
