    Job Description:

    + Responds to hospitals for potential organ/tissue donors and provides on-site assessments.

    + Monitors donor referrals and reviews family dynamics to assess suitability for organ and tissue donation.

    + Leads in developing plans with donation teams for discussing donation options with families.

    + Provides emotional support to families facing the death of a loved one who may be a suitable donor.

    + Communicates effectively with hospital social services to ensure emotional care for the patient’s family prior to the donation discussion.

    Bachelor's (Required), Master's

    Pay Range:

    $49,307.53 - $91,705.34
