    Job Description:

    Other duties as assigned. Communicates delays and updates to dispatch and reports any damage or vehicle issues to the supervisor immediately. Adheres to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensures patient documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance at all times. Communicates findings and patient conditions to aligned registered nurses, paramedics, and personnel. Assists crew with set up and preparation of ventilator, cardiac monitor, IV line, and pumps. Responsible for charting documentation and patient care with BLS patients. Provides receiving staff with a full patient report. Monitors patient conditions and aggregates data. Completes patient care record within state allotted time (24 hrs). Assists with patient mobilization, ambulation, and transport. Maintains equipment between transports and keeps the unit in a constant state of readiness. Operates emergency vehicles safely in various weather and emergent conditions according to established safety standards. Utilizes appropriate medical equipment and comprehends injury/medical severity.

    AssociateBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Commercial Drivers License (CDL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Commercial Emergency Vehicle Operator (CEVO) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, EMT-Advanced (EMT-A) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $19.66 - $31.46
