    Job Description:

    + Provides structured, evidence-based psychotherapy as part of an appropriate treatment plan.

    + Utilizes knowledge in the assessment of physical, psycho-social, environmental, spiritual, and financial factors to achieve healthcare goals.

    + Develops, prepares, and maintains individualized patient progress records with accuracy and timeliness.

    + Recognizes the influence of beliefs and cultures on behaviors and identifies possible communication barriers.

    + Encourages verbalization of fears and anxiety and maintains therapeutic communication with patients.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Master's (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern License (RCSWI) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $21.56 - $40.09
