    Job Description:

    + Assists with coordination of diabetes education for all clinical staff, including physicians.

    + Provides diabetes management and care orientation to new staff and students.

    + Serves as a resource, mentor, and clinical expert on diabetes management for the hospital.

    + Participates as a member of the Glycemic Management Ad Hoc Team.

    + Assists with reviewing and disseminating diabetes program quality improvement and outcomes data.

    Associate (Required), Bachelor'sBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $68,132.50 - $119,520.35
