Job Description:

+ Supervise a team of clinical informatics advocates assigned to the facility or region.

+ Oversee day-to-day informatics support, ensuring timely resolution of issues, user assistance, and proactive engagement.

+ Coordinate participation in enterprise projects, EHR upgrades, system testing, and go-live support.

+ Act as a clinical informatics liaison for nursing, providers, and other clinicians —ensuring effective system use and addressing workflow concerns.

+ Promote and monitor the adoption of clinical documentation standards, decision support tools, and safety features within the EHR.

+ Collaborate with training teams to deliver new hire onboarding, role-based education, and ongoing skills development related to clinical systems.

+ Participate in site-level or regional workflow redesign efforts to improve documentation efficiency, clinician satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

+ Partner with clinical leaders to scope, evaluate, and validate optimization requests and coordinate with AIT teams on build changes.

+ Ensure informatics support spans acrossambulatory clinics, acute care units, procedural areas, and virtual care platforms.

+ Foster partnerships across departments to drive integrated, patient-centered workflows.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

$99,344.00 - $184,769.00
