Job Description:

+ Participates in staff meetings, department meetings, team meetings, in-services, and other related activities.

+ Attends educational and developmental seminars and meetings as appropriate.

+ Utilizes clinical registered nurse assessment and evaluation skills to assess patient needs, prioritize requirements, and determine necessary actions.

+ Coordinates and directs staff for urgent patient visits, including providing care, evaluations, medication, and medical supplies.

+ Initiates Quality Service Issues Report (QSIR), Incident Reports, and Level of Care (LOC) forms per Hospice of the Comforter policy. Provides nursing services to patients and families via telephone support.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$33.13 - $53.00
