    Job Description:

    + Participates in committees reviewing evidence-based medicine, Epic Willow optimization, and clinical analytics for pharmacy practice governance.

    + Establishes and maintains the Clinical Pharmacy Governance Structure for effective communication and collaboration.

    + Coordinates and oversees clinical pharmacy practice improvements among leadership to align with financial targets.

    + Leads clinical pharmacy practices, activities, and initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Director of Pharmacy Services and Medical Directors.

    + Leads pharmacy departments, operational programs, and clinical pharmacy practice improvement strategies to align with organizational and medical staff goals.

    Doctorate (Required), Master'sPharmacy Consultant (CPh) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $138,879.28 - $258,301.75
