    Job Description:

    + **Schedule:** Weekday full time 40 hours per week **Location: Primary location** 7975 LAKE UNDERHILL ROAD, Orlando, 32822 Will travel to other locations 1 day a week

    + Designs and implements a treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards and recommended techniques and modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient’s needs.

    + Assesses patient's ability to safely and effectively perform functional mobilty skills, an evaluates muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems.

    + Monitors patient response to and progress in treatment, modifying treatment plan as appropriate. Provides discharge planning assistance and information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and follow-up services.

    + Communicates appropriately and effectively with patients, family, and healthcare professionals within and across care settings and communities.

    + Oversees care provided by certified physical therapy assistants and therapy technicians according to established regulations and practice standards.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    DoctorateBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Physical Therapist (PT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Physical Therapist - Temporary (PT-TEMP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $31.55 - $58.69
