    Job Description:

    + Keeps accurate, legible documentation of patient past medical history, medications, and clinical history for patients.

    + Collects data and record it in the required spreadsheet format daily.

    + Performs front office responsibilities, including scheduling, verification, and authorization for patients.

    + Maintains current knowledge of insurance requirements for surgery.

    + Communicates effectively with front desk staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate, High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement

    Pay Range:

    $17.11 - $27.38
