    Job Description:

    Shift:

    PRN, will float between BHAC, IOP, OP clinic, BHU

    Variable hours available for pickup

    + Coordinates and arranges community access to the Behavioral Health programs and provides initial contact for individuals seeking psychiatric and/or substance abuse assistance.

    + Provides and fosters high-quality service through positive interpersonal relations and effective communication skills.

    + Follows HIPAA guidelines and adheres to confidentiality, especially on patient privacy and departmental issues.

    + Incorporates patient, physician, and customer needs and concerns into decision-making and demonstrate appropriate decision-making skills based on clinical need, crisis level, and safety.

    + Functions independently and consults clinicians or supervisors when decisions are beyond the position's scope of practice.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, NonViolent Crisis Intervention Program - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $21.82 - $40.59
