    Job Description:

    Ensure regulatory compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all locations, including adherence to accreditation requirements and federal, state, and local guidelines. Lead and mentor facility-level leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and high-performance across the regional network. Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical teams, and community partners to drive innovation, enhance patient and guest experiences, and support regional initiatives and outreach. Other duties as assigned. Direct financial performance by developing and managing multi-site budgets, optimizing labor and food costs, and guiding capital investments to support long-term growth and sustainability. Oversee strategic planning and operational execution for Nutrition Services across multiple facilities, ensuring consistency in service delivery, quality standards, and alignment with organizational goals.

    Bachelor's (Required)Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $96,266.14 - $179,045.63
