    Job Description:

    + Provides nursing care and guidance to patients from initial contact through the continuum of care.

    + Guides patients on treatment plans, next steps in appointments, and assists with scheduling follow-up appointments. T

    + racks outcomes of referrals and treatments, maintaining detailed records to measure program effectiveness.

    + Develops and implements patient education programs and tools. Provides psychosocial support, including facilitation of support groups.

    + Educates and facilitates patient introduction to clinical trial information, resource referrals, and counseling.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's of Nursing (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $35.04 - $65.17
