    Job Description:

    + Demonstrates critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations.

    + Promotes evidence-based practice, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.

    + Provides ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency levels.

    + Prepares the unit for audits and surveys, by monitoring and maintaining unit compliance with regulatory standards, accrediting, hospital policies while coordinating staff education to maintain competencies and preparedness.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement

    Pay Range:

    $32.76 - $57.47
