Job Description:

Develops, implements, and evaluates programs and services to meet volume, profitability, customer satisfaction, quality, staffing engagement, and service standards. Utilizes organizational databases and decision support systems to access and analyze data for planning and development. Collaborates with regional and multistate teams to standardize care and develop destination care programs. Serves as a business partner with Executive Teams and Institute Leadership to coordinate and execute the Institute’s vision and strategy. Works with the Research Institute to develop research programs that elevate care and presence. Acts as the primary point of contact for operations and infrastructure, ensuring efficient management of resources. Oversees the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Manages infrastructure projects to support the Institute's strategic goals. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and standards. Provides leadership and direction to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Monitors performance metrics and implements strategies for improvement. Coordinates with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and operations. Develops and manages budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability. Identifies opportunities for innovation and growth within the Institute. Represents the Institute in external partnerships and collaborations. Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

$127,310.90 - $236,789.66
