    Job Description:

    + Assists patients with activities of daily living (ADL) and routine tasks.

    + Provides direct patient care and therapeutic interventions.

    + Observes and records patient behaviors and activities accurately.

    + Reports changes in patient conditions to appropriate personnel and recommend treatment plan modifications.

    + Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationships with assigned patients.

    The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required), Technical/Vocational School (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, NonViolent Crisis Intervention Program - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $17.47 - $27.94
