Job Description:

+ Communicates with consumers to provide solutions to technical problems. Supports audio-video technology at a basic level.

+ References centralized AIT Field Operations knowledge bases.

+ Performs basic level repairs for company devices.

+ Works with designated information technology vendors for support.

+ Meets the standard service level agreement (SLA) for incidents and requests.

+ Leads projects and special initiatives within allotted timeframes.

+ Follows and maintains AIT standard operating procedures for field operations.

+ Performs preventive maintenance on authorized company devices.

+ Works with enterprise AIT technical and business support teams as required.

+ Installs consumer-based hardware and software on devices and operating systems.

+ Provides detailed descriptions within internal service ticket system.

+ Follows AIT standards for devices and software.

+ Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associate, High School Grad or Equiv (Required)AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWS-CCP) - Accredited Issuing Body, Certified in Cyber Security (ISC2 CC) - Accredited Issuing Body, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, CompTIA A+ Certification (CompTIA-A+) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, CompTIA CySA+ (Cybersecurity Analyst) - Accredited Issuing Body, CompTIA Network+ - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (ENDPOINT ADM) - Accredited Issuing Body, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals series (Cloud, Azure, AI, Data, Security etc.) (FUNDAMENTALS) - Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$23.51 - $43.73
