    Job Description:

    SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE FOR NEW HIRES! Up to $5,000!

    Full Time, Days, In Clinic

    + Coordinates and participates in multidisciplinary conferences, tracks scheduled procedures, follows pathology results, and monitors outcomes of meetings.

    + Serves as a resource to cancer patients, educates and answers questions about disease-specific health concerns, and participates in health lectures and educational outreach programs.

    + Educates patients regarding expectations before, during, and after diagnostic and treatment procedures, and develops and revises patient educational materials.

    + Builds relationships with community physician practices/groups to grow disease-specific inpatient and outpatient market share.

    + Promotes the Lung Cancer Care Navigation Pathway and multidisciplinary program to community and outreach programs.

    The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $35.04 - $65.17
