Job Description:

+ Provides constructive feedback and instruction to staff to enhance productivity and service quality.

+ Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

+ Assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates comprehensive care plans with a multidisciplinary team in collaboration with patients and families.

+ Conducts thorough assessments of patients' goals, as well as biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and discharge planning needs using hospital resources.

+ Acts as a liaison to post-hospital care providers and community health resources.

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$35.07 - $65.24
