Job Description:

+ Maintains good relationships with physicians, management, other departments, and staff, and investigates and responds to complaints in a timely manner.

+ Actively participates in Cardiothoracic Service Line Performance Improvement projects and completes at least one project annually to improve outcomes and quality for Cardiothoracic patients.

+ Supports customer and employee satisfaction activities of the organization.

+ Anticipates the needs of the surgeon and keeps the circulating nurse informed of any needs throughout a procedure.

+ Assists the team with safe and appropriate operating room turnover times in an efficient and organized manner.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, State Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Technician in Surgery - Certified (NTSC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$23.71 - $44.09
