    Job Description:

    + Participates in peer interviewing and review processes.

    + Considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost, and impact on practice in the delivery of nursing services.

    + Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and unit-specific data for process improvement initiatives.

    + Conducts initial patient assessments within expected timeframes, initiates consult as indicated and identifies patient/family teaching and discharge planning needs.

    + Maintains safe practices by demonstrating unit-specific clinical competency and compliance with all regulatory standards.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $33.28 - $61.91
