    Job Description:

    + Coordinates the development and deployment of stroke educational plans, communicating updates on outcomes, process changes, and regulatory requirements.

    + Organizes community education events to raise stroke awareness and prevention strategies.

    + Develops and reviews evidence-based clinical pathways to standardize stroke care, ensuring timely implementation and updates.

    + Evaluates stroke program metric performance, ensuring accurate reporting and sharing outcomes with committees and leadership.

    + Rounds on stroke patients to provide education and support, participates in multidisciplinary rounds, and responds to stroke alert events.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing (Required), Master's of NursingAcute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Neuroscience RN (CNRN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $70,682.60 - $131,480.21
