Job Description:

+ Implements strategies to improve financial performance and efficiency. Collaborates with billing departments to resolve complex denials and repetitive issues.

+ Educates staff on billing issues and requirements for major carriers. Other duties as assigned.

+ Monitors and analyzes revenue cycles to identify opportunities for maximization. Coordinates insurance benefits to ensure patients receive appropriate coverage for services.

+ Obtains necessary authorizations for medical procedures and treatments.
