Job Description:

+ Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions.

+ Demonstrating critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations.

+ Fostering a culture of psychological safety, where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to speak up, share concerns, and contribute meaningfully.

+ Promoting evidence-based practice, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.

+ Provides ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency levels.
