    Job Description:

    + Demonstrates clinical competence in sterile processing and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements.

    + Develops and implements educational programs based on identified needs, including competency skills fairs, orientation classes, in-services, and continuing education programs.

    + Analyzes educational materials for best practices and evidence-based practices, and participates in research activities to improve professional development.

    + Leads the development of evidence-based protocols and supports the safe practice of sterile processing by reviewing and revising policies and procedures.

    + Assists in managing and teaching the instrument tracking module and other IT modules as applicable.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $44,825.02 - $83,366.71
