    Job Description:

    + Develops strategic plans and programs for trauma services, injury prevention, and outreach.

    + Evaluates patient care services to identify and reduce gaps in service and overcome barriers to cost-effective care.

    + Ensures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements and standards.

    + Manages daily operations at designated facilities, focusing on quality care, patient satisfaction, and physician satisfaction.

    + Collaborates with trauma managers, nursing, and other patient care departments to manage trauma patient and family care processes.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Master's of Nursing (Required)Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $125,546.44 - $233,522.38
