    Job Description:

    + Prepares sterile dressings and clean instruments for terminal sterilization.

    + Assists other team members with terminal cleaning of the room and prepping for the next patient. Handles surgical specimens with 100% accuracy.

    + Recognizes and responds immediately to emergency situations appropriately. Other duties as assigned.

    + Checks supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures. Obtains scrubs, gowns, and gloves for surgical procedures.

    + Sets up sterile table with instruments, supplies, equipment, and medications/solutions needed for procedures, displaying knowledge of procedure and patient positioning.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required), Technical/Vocational School (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, State Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Technician in Surgery - Certified (NTSC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $22.88 - $42.54
