    Job Description:

    + **Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm** ***Some On Call**

    + Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations.

    + Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages.

    + Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.

    + Prepares the preventive maintenance schedule and produces reports.

    + Coordinates and performs electrical equipment maintenance, installations, and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $23.91 - $44.46
