    Job Description:

    + Other duties as assigned. Educates patients on what to expect before, during, and after diagnostic and treatment procedures, and develops and revises patient educational materials.

    + Serves as a resource to cancer patients, educates and answers questions about disease-specific health concerns, and participates in health lectures and educational outreach programs.

    + Coordinates and participates in weekly multidisciplinary conferences, tracks scheduled procedures, follows pathology results, and monitors outcomes of meetings.

    + Builds relationships with community physician practices/groups to grow disease-specific inpatient and outpatient market share.

    + Engages and enrolls healthcare providers in the Cancer Navigation Pathway Program.

    The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing, Master's of NursingBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $68,132.50 - $119,520.35
