    Job Description:

    **Schedule:** Days

    **Shift:** Full Time

    + $7,500 Sign-on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation Bonus for eligible applicants

    + _*_ **_Terms:_** _12-month Employment Contract Required for Sign-On and Relocation._

    + **Sign-on Eligibility:** • Applicable experience required.• Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible.

    + **Relocation Eligibility:** • Must live 50 miles outside of campus address

     

    Supports the surgeon and/or qualified first assistant during procedures by performing tasks such as sponging, suctioning, cutting sutures, holding retractors, and manipulating the endoscopic camera. Monitors conditions in the operating room, assesses needs of the patient and surgical team, and obtains additional instruments, supplies, and equipment as necessary. Supervises other healthcare team members in the surgical environment, providing orientation, training, and education to new personnel. Promotes a safe environment, takes appropriate action in emergency situations, and ensures adherence to regulatory standards and policies. Other duties as assigned. Gathers, checks, and opens supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures, ensuring all items are functional and readily available.

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required), Technical/Vocational School (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement

    $20.97 - $38.99
