    Job Description:

    + Manages the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plans, including Hazard Vulnerability Assessments for all applicable areas.

    + Maintains good relationships with other departments and interacts effectively with Emergency Management, EMS, Fire, and Police community agencies.

    + Develops and educates an effective disaster response and emergency management plan for all facilities.

    + Plans and coordinates at least two drills annually at each hospital, including a mass casualty event and an internal event, with one being community-coordinated as per JCAHO/DNV guidelines.

    + Maintains accurate records of drills, critiques, community meetings, and real events, and engages with campuses for Corrective Action Plans associated with After Action Reports.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor'sCertified Emergency Manager (CEM) - Accredited Issuing Body, Certified Healthcare Emergency Professionals (CHEP) - Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $60,151.66 - $111,886.39
