    Job Description:

    + Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear and consistent information exchange.

    + Develops, discusses, and communicates individualized goals for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others to address cardiac pulmonary needs.

    + Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment for patient care.

    + Evaluates patient progress, reassess care provided, and responds to patient and family needs to ensure overall quality of care.

    + Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care to integrate information for use by the healthcare team and ensure quality care.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
