    Job Description:

    Schedule: Weekdays (40 hours per week)

    ***Must be available for occasional afterhours or weekend calls from team

    + Stays informed on regulatory and accreditation requirements to ensure clinical services meet safety standards.

    + Facilitates compliance improvements and conducts mock surveys and tracer activities.

    + Collaborates with department leaders to ensure continuous readiness and compliance with accrediting bodies and regulatory agencies.

    + Ensures adherence to Joint Commission standards, Healthcare Facility Accreditation Program standards, and CMS Conditions of Participation.

    + Provides training and education to staff on compliance and accreditation standards.

    The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's (Required), Doctorate, Master'sCertified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $86,375.00 - $160,671.00
